Romania: Israeli doctors questioned in human eggs trafficking case

Dozens of doctors and employees of a Bucharest fertility clinic, among whom were several Israelis, were questioned by Romanian authorities on suspicion of trafficking in human eggs.

According to a report in the Bucharest news agency Mediafax said several egg donors were questioned. Some of those involved are also suspected of trafficking in human stem cells. (Attila Somfalvi)
